Student loans are one thing, revolving debt is something completely different.

I think so, but my biggest question revolves around the refinance part. 

@Homes Huntsville and Revolved Realty are a couple more boutique types that might be nice to work with.

Now that you did that, you changed your loan and that means you do not have the money available on a revolving line anymore when you paid back some of it.

Someone in my Facebook group shared an awesome resource for remotely monitoring properties. https://www.wyzecam.comObviously you would still need wifi but these are way cheaper than Nest Cams and get great reviews.
