The 10% that care eventually get burned out.

It is starting to burn folks who were told this and then cannot qualify for a house they want to buy to live in.

For example what if a house burns to the ground?

So as a previously burned person in bait and switches am simply assuming that when you don’t talk about fees and you list all these “things” you can do, you are hiding fees later.

If you rush into a deal just to buy something you will get burned for sure.

Don’t get me wrong, I realize there’s a class of folks out there with too much money to burn, but if anyone reading this is sitting on a spare $1m they’re throwing into 3 month/year New England ski house because they don’t know what else to do with their money let me know.

I have no idea who to follow guidance from and don’t want to get burned. 

Either way far more cost effective than hiring a VA to skip trace which I did a few times and burned a hole in my wallet.
