I missed breakfast this morning and have food on my mind. 

Bring some cookies or breakfast tacos and be kind and polite......very polite. 

We could do a mini BP meetup for breakfast somewhere central to us all - Apopka? 

I would eliminate that breakfast nook and expand the mudroom and1/2 bath and add a washer/dryer connection there especially if there isn't already a first floor laundry.

We also host a breakfast network event on the morning of the 3rd Thursday at the Sunrise Grill from 6:15 AM to whenever folks leave. 

I got some of my first basic information about tax sale investing by taking an attorney out to breakfast.

I now tie my identity to daily activities (learning and improvement) and the results are taking care of themselves.I am understanding and gaining control over my mind (your #1 above).I hit the gym first thing in the morning and eat a can of tuna and low sugar protein shake for breakfast...a workout and 45 grams of protein is a good way to kick off the day.
