If you send them all out at once you will be more likely to feel bombarded with callers, while increments will spread out the callers throughout the month.

Instead doing all that I listed it on craigslist and was bombarded with inquiries and 3 offers.

There is soooo much information available and not to mention being constantly bombarded with different types of strategies it is difficult to get the ball rolling. 

"Sell your house for 100% of appraised value in under 7 days, FREE special report tells you how"  Send that to low equity, foreclosures, absentee owners, etc with a phone number and email and you'll get bombarded.

I find that I'm calling numbers that don't work or talking to people that have been bombarded by other wholesalers.

Tax records are often not up to date, so it's VERY possible that whoever is living at the mailing address listed has been getting bombarded with investor's letters and post cards, and the actual owner has no idea.
