I looked up their homes and one couple has a $350k home and the other somewhere around $150k.Are they bluffing?

completly agaist the law but there is not enough money in it for a lawyer to touch it .. he is bluffing .. even if he paid out of pocket with hopes that he get reimbursed from you .. you can alway remind him over the phone that you to .. can hire a lawyer and he might be responsible for his fees ..Im sorry for your bad experiance with a terrible tenant .. and wish you the very best ..God Speed, Michael 

BLUF: What’s the best strategy to market and rent a storefront property.

Out of principle I want to keep the rate the same or raise it however I know financially it makes sense to keep them in the place if they are not bluffing.

BLUF: Does anyone have any good tricks to find properties that have VA/assumable loans?  

They were bluffing on the other offers or their price/terms.

The best part for me is when we get to mediation we the Plaintiffs' attorneys are bluffing and no judge will allow the case to go to a jury trial and we know we can settle for less than $100,000 plus my attorney's fees.This is the reason 3 Civil Lawsuits were filed against my company.

Sure, he’s probably bluffing but that shows you how much he needs it more than you do but again his dad is a former attorney and might help facilitate this out of principle.

It's rare but sometimes you just can't get much out of them.You have to put your best foot forward and then let them make a move if they are bluffing.
