Make sure to always account for all costs that others blatantly forget:Insurance, taxes, prop. manag. (10%), tenant placement fee (4.25%), vacancy (8.5%), big expense (10%).Over 1/3 of your rental income will be gone due to the above, and closer to half, due to the high taxes in Cleveland.  

There's an outfit here in town that probably does 30-40 deals a year and blatantly breaks advertising rules but doesn't ever seem to face consequences.  

I'm happy to share my opinion but other should be free to share theirs.I'll admit that I am new here so maybe there have been discussions of blatantly illegal activity.   

@Mike Cumbie Yeah, they have that verbiage as well, but our boiler guy said it is so blatantly obvious that to not have anything marked down is an extreme oversight as an inspector.

If they don't have anything blatantly negative to say (which they never do), I'll go ahead and ask them to write a review. 

I am opposed to applying blatantly unequal tests to the self employed, because that is discrimination (whether the self employed are recognized as a protected class or not).

The main thing is we don't want to have blatant self-promotion all over the site.

Randy, I share with you the surprise that a blatantly incorrect listing is not grounds for voiding the transaction.

However, I was surprised by the blatant lies & misinformation they were giving to these people.

In all honesty he was probably the worst that could have happened to the US fiscal responsibility only trumped by the blatant disregard for prudent spending now shown by the Bush administration.
