One thing that we felt was important in selecting our property was to hedge our bets by ensuring the property would function as a long term rental since we know the current climate in New Orleans regarding STRs is not positive and there have been on-going regulations coming out because of this. 

So to that extent feedback on BP is highly biased towards those activities..  

Are you looking to invest into a passive vehicle or are you able to utilize the funds in more of an active capacity?

As you start closing deals, you will need to reinvest your profits into mailing lists and other scalable activities to grow your business.

Both upset the same mechanisms (same brand, matching models).The camera option may be the best bet.

If you are looking for a more active solution you could buy a turnkey STR.  

My fellow agent Jennifer Flynn is great in handling rental properties...she can get you tenants and manage your monthly activities well.

I would say your best bet for your best rates and best payments would be a residential mortgage company.

I bet if it were your grandmother or relative in that situation you would think differently.
