My question is do I pay tax when I got to leverage the property with a mortgageFor example Property = $50,000 cash Rehab = $25,000 cash Total Cash investment = $75,000 cashBank lends 70% of Av= $100,000Do I get taxed on the Amount I pull out since it will be essentially cashed back to me?

I gave had done local banks lend 85% of AV, but the standard is 80%.

Had a question about comping comps of a property just south of 6th av, compared to properties north of 6th av.( west of federal. ) I see about a 20k difference, but still within in a mile radius.

It is a V/R that is fully furnished and I just had the inspection and some of the appliances and furniture are in poor condition.
