Also, on the federal level, a ton of fair housing laws don't apply when it's a property that's owner-occupied so even if it is "medicinal" you may still be able to give him the boot for it.

I don’t think that would happen but I did read somewhere recently that fleas may be overcoming the latest medicines so I suppose it’s possible.

It's being done in all other industries, science, medicine, technology, just to mention a few.

That said, I make sure to spend on personal health and preventative medicine.
