I do not have an answer to that question, though as a landlord those VA's annoy the you know what out of me constantly...That said, I am an end buyer once you get those houses under contract! 

But I am getting really annoyed by their attitude.

The additional approval step is an annoyance, but a 700 FICO score for a renter is very optimistic.

Then, set up an annoying alarm that starts beeping after it's been open more than 10 minutes. 

If I was the seller and they came back with a loan that was 18 months delinquent and vacant I would be pretty annoyed.

Moving utilities and finding a space for washer/dryer is the annoying part but doable due to size of the units.

He might be annoying, but he 100% is not the type to destroy my unit or skip out on rent.

@Evelin Negrete, it sounds like you are punishing them for being a little annoying and for you not managing that better.

., as a listing agent, I've seen several buyers' agents in the last few years not show up for their client's inspection or Walk Through -- very annoying, sometimes giving me short or no notice, very problematic if there's no other arrangement for entry. 

Annoyed that I missed this one.
