Of course, he doesn't deserve credit for allowing 3000 people to die from terrorist attacks on 9/11/01, but the fact remaining, other than those 3000 people, 4 airplanes, 2 skyscrapers, and 1 Pentagon, his record was spotless!

I grew up with Sky King and Roy Rogers, thinking of it now, both had large ranches, nice homes and one had an airplane, but they were not winners because of that at all!

Ultimately, the key to the allied success in WWII were a couple of smart guys like Alan Turing, whose salary was pocket change compared to the billions that were spent on bombs and war-craft.Instead of building better airplanes and bigger bombs (neither of which we need or will likely need anytime soon), we instead should focus on new and different strategies, and it's likely we'll find that those new strategies will not only be more effective, but more inexpensive as well.Sounds like a win/win to me...But again, most people can't get their head around using technology to fight a war...it seems too "elitist" to them...
