Each state is different and it's better to check out on your state site about licensing.The main thing that when you're managing properties, you have to be very familiar with Fair Housing, ADA etcThis is a huge thing about discriminating and all of the licensees must take mandatory continued education on the laws, fair housing etc.

They wanted to ad a fee on top of the listing.I find this really disrespectful to agents, and it feels desperate.

Property taxes are higher in Canyon county, but the median home prices are $100K lower than they are in Ada county.

Let me know how it goes with your case, really want to get some perspective on what to expect. if this is a true service animal and not an emotional support animal, you might want to ask the HOA if they really want to get involved with discrimination problems and the ADA.
