I own a building in downtown CLE that has a 3 yr old new buildout with 12 bedrooms, 7 total full bathrooms, 1 half convenience bath located in community area.  5 bathrooms are shared with 10 bedrooms( jack and Jill layout) with 2 single bathrooms for 2 private suites with one of those suites being ADA compliant.  

I come on BP to share my 2 cents and dump another buck-fifty, well because I can and I give a da#n about helping people out.

hey Dave, in my first post I said to run your ad as if you own it.

Ad a 560 Sq Ft 1 BR house, it did not meet FNMA.FLMC Guidelines so they had a tough time finding a buyer.

Landscaping.. ad a BUNCH of flowers etverywhere, not just a shrub here and there.

Hey Account Closed I just stumbled over your ad here and posted a similar ad a while back.

Each state is different and it's better to check out on your state site about licensing.The main thing that when you're managing properties, you have to be very familiar with Fair Housing, ADA etcThis is a huge thing about discriminating and all of the licensees must take mandatory continued education on the laws, fair housing etc.

They wanted to ad a fee on top of the listing.I find this really disrespectful to agents, and it feels desperate.

Property taxes are higher in Canyon county, but the median home prices are $100K lower than they are in Ada county.
