Do the cold calling yourself and that is where the true magic is as you can see with @Peter Tverdov success at doing it and getting a ton of money out of those conversations. 

If the property was successfully acquired, the mentor would keep the student in on the deal with a pre determined ownership slice.

I believe a large portion of the users on here owe at least a small portion, if not a large portion, of their success to this community.  

Has anyone had any success of failures with picking the wrong kind of fence for their property?

We can work on maximizing that revenue in the future.I doubt an out of state investor is going to have success BRRRR in Huntsville right now, but then again, every investor gets to define success for themselves. 

Random example from this week:Sell at a loss or rent at a lossOn the other hand, if you are willing to put some time in by traveling to the market, spending time getting a network set up, screening dozens or even hundreds of properties, and taking the time to get set up right, you increase your chance of success.
