I also do rent via ACH and in Oregon this is legal.

I pay by ACH as well to avoid having to write checks and mail so they receive their funds quickly and it's efficient. 

Payments of rent via ACH deposit within 5 days. 

I use QB and also their payment service to accept ACH payment from all of my tenants.

I respect the hustle, but you may just find it not worth the head aches in the end. 

Options above and beyond that are ACH, 3rd party platform like Rent Manager, or some thing like PayNearMe. 

@Christian Nachtrieb I don't do the collecting, However all of my properties that require an HOA payment collect from me either via an Automatic withdrawal (ACH) on the 1st business day of the month, or I personally do a monthly electronic transfer into the HOA bank account.  

Also, note that there are ways to fake the required debit card transactions and direct deposits, I use cash app and ACHs.

They find an area of medicine that they are really interested in, get specialized training in that area, become proficient, help lots of people, and make great money.
