I used my new texture sprayer and crown molding)I wish I had used the big wooden baseboards I used in House #3 bought from a home supply company instead of the smaller plastic ones I bought from Home Depot for the other two.I go into my older 2 houses and want to kick the tenants and contents out for a month so I can modify the houses to match the look and feel I have come to learn.

The remodel will include removing load bearing walls, remodeling a kitchen, installing a shower in the master bath, carpeting the basement, refinishing the wooden floors, and finishing a roughed in bathroom in the basement. 

We did offer free wine and beer and light snacks.

I used to leave a combination of small flashlights, Cadbury Bars, single serving bottles of wine, nail clippers or a multitool on every bed. 

Then carefully trim anything that sticks out over the side.When it's dry, contact cement won't stick to the wooden dowels, but will stick to itself. 

After finishing the work and thinking that everything is fine I did a bad job with the shingles installation and with the first rains I was mopping the floors and having buckets around the house to not mess my wooden floor.
