College park and West End is a maybe.

The Bayfront project and University make West Chula Vista interesting.

Heading west on I-85 toward Gastonia or traveling on I-77 can mean some slowdowns.

PM in these parts can be much different AM.These mid-west homes and neighborhoods can be deceiving.
