It has been one of my better properties, but it may be due to the fact that it attracts graduate students vice undergrads.

I am very very familiar with UC as it is where I got my undergrad degree (Drexel U.), and where I have worked professionally for several years. 

I think that you should differentiate grad students and undergrads when talking about student housing.  

The house is located a short distance to a small christian undergrad program that does not offer housing.

:) I graduated undergrad at MTSU and I still go back as often as I can to hang out with friends, eat Demos' and cheese dip, and enjoy a little greenery.

For undergrad I went to UC Berkeley and then did my Master's at the University of Cambridge in England (cheers mates).I am here to help.

Hello everyone, I finish my undergrad at San Diego State University this past spring.

I've been given the opportunity to go back to college to get a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development due to a fellowship that I was part of during my undergrad, but i'm hesitant because the whole field is brand new to me.
