I didn't know if this was a normal practice or a taboo thing. 

Joe Fairless I feel like seller financing is taboo and is a big no no.

We want a little house with a big studio and workshop in an artist's colony overseas.Money has become a thoroughly taboo topic with some of my lifelong friends.

And it does just go to show how much the figure of the landlord is despised in our culture -- the appearance of helping out landlords is taboo for a federal agency.

The repair costs are one of the biggest unknowns for me right now so I'm glad to know that bringing a contractor along is not taboo.

I have multiple vacant distressed homes that need rehab and will provide a great ROI, but Detoit is a 'taboo" market right now.

You're going to get a lot of success porn posters in this thread who are focused solely on "making it" or broadcasting their ego.
