I added extended driveway, RV parking, back yard landscaping w/ covered patio, shiplap on two interior walls, and painted accent walls in every room.

I then said you clearly are way over the max occupancy and have broken the house rules and at this point you need to pack up and leave the premises immediately.

Congrats Holli that's awesome..We're on the hunt for RV/Boat storage land/facilities and financing options for 5+ units have become increasingly workable.

Also, some mobile home parks and rv parks have some tiny homes in them.

Guess that was enough to throw me to the side like a pack of rotten meat.

Packing it into the loan is not so simple as it can create issues with lender and appraisal.
