Finding an algorithm that works for my market I’m finding is tough!

Assuming I just factor that Into the MOA algorithm ARV (.7) - repairs - AF - lien = MOA?

REI today attracts a lot of people who really believe they can reduce all the business's problems and challenges to equations and algorithms.

I'm not sure if it is a coincidence or not but whenever I edit my listings I tend to get a booking or inquiry within 24 hrs...I'm not sure if the booking platforms have an algorithm in place for updated listings or if it's purely law of attraction.

It looks like their algorithm does not take into account crime rate, but it does take into account income level and school ratings. 

So far on my channel I have 3.6k subscribers ,1.14MM total views , and about 76 videos generating growth in a short period of time using the Youtube algorithm and Google Search Engine Optimization(SEO).

I always just block my calendar for a few weeks then open it back up....just gets the algorithm going again!
