That legislation only went into effect at the onset of 2019. 

Most medical professionals don't typically gravitate to real estate since it requires a little more time and effort but ultimately it's the fastest way to become wealthy.FYI, I have a few brothers who are dentists and doctors so I've worked with them on quite a few opportunities.There are some good comments here on the post and if you're already in your own practice then definitely look to buy the building you're in or plan on setting up your practice in a commercial building that you own and can have a professional management team rent out the remainder of the space.If you're not to the point of starting your own practice and buying a building that's okay it will take time.  

I have a similar goal for Phoenix, AZ and would welcome any opportunities to further dive into that market.If any of you have bandwidth concerns and would like some extra muscle, please let me know!

slightly off topic . in Hawaii, while on vacation we heard some loud yelling and and what sounded like a lot of domestic violence happening - I went outside and was trying to determine the location of it and soon another guy joined me who had also heard it - we discovered the room it was coming from and both approached to ask if everything was ok - a big muscle bound guy answered the door sweating and breathing heavy - he said everything was ok and that him and his girl were just having a disagreement -when asked if she was OK - he said yes - then the guy that was with me asked she could please come  outside and confirm to us that she was OK - I was a little taken back by his boldness , but was glad he asked - so she came to the door and confirmed she was OK and didn't need any assistance.

Would anybody be able to refer me to a good real estate attorney with experience on setting up holding and management companies, and landlord/tenant law in the Houston, Texas area?

To be clear, I am not a fan of theirs, particularly after they started muscling in on short sales, but they are legit. 

Long-term, they could help the economy weaken at a faster pace than normal and bring about the onset of the next recession sooner than it naturally would occur by itself.  

I will also get to exercise my scrubbing muscles cleaning the kitchen, which is currently coated with a layer of grease, presumably from the 3 deep fryers in the house.

There are CPA s out there that specialize on setting up a US business with US address and US bank account.
