CAn some one shed me some lights on how foreigner can invest in Duabi, which firms that I can go through, who are reliable and keep my investment safe and able to get some decent returns, and what are the tax consequences for earning potential from outside the country?

Obviously it's good from a nature preservation point of view but it's a very different from an investment point of view. 

My property is located in a C+/B- neighborhood has the following landmarks nearby: -1.5 miles from a major university with a popular D1 NCAA college basketball team-1.5 miles from a children's museum-1.5 miles from an art and nature museum-1.5 miles from a beautiful nature parkIt's the dead of winter, and I'm wondering who I can market and how I can best market my property to on Airbnb. 

I will also admit at this point we are comparing apples to light bulbs since RentRedi was only costing me $59 per month and DoorLoop will cost $200+ per month and for those that have a lower unit count and only need basic services the RentRedi cost should outweigh the beta tech.

Getting the information takes time and experience but once you have it you'll be light years ahead of others who are just starting out. 

Even though your Realtor might be good and helpful their ultimate goal is to get the house sold and no one will see the vision you have set for yourself, in the same light that you will.

I don’t see anything glaringly wrong with their concept but 2 things have caused a red light.  1.

I like Texas for the economic outlook and less natural disasters but I may be biased!

Very few updates were necessary for the property because it was a new build, yet we made interior updates as all dimmer lights and updated the bathroom tub.

It's probably unlikely anything too bad would happen excluding natural catastrophes but why take the risk if the profit potential isn't there?
