I have my 2nd Unit rented to Med students for 16 months already... i only intend on using my unit for AIRBNB since I know I'll be gone Mon-Thurs.... and I have the flexibility to take flights Sunday night and not return until Friday if the users need it for the entire week.

As a doctor you have made your way through tough years in undergrad, med school, residency, maybe a fellowship, etc. to finally start earning those high salaries.

And it's not cap gains, it's ordinary income, subject o SS/med also.

These are 3 med school students so I'm fairly certain they aren't trying to involved legally with their landlord over splitting water.

So I've got some med school tenants that will rent from me in May.

I know Hermann park is pricey but good for med center rentals.

We work with fixer uppers, med-high grade rehabs, rentals pretty much everything.

My concept was to try and locate (perhaps the local recruiter idea is worthy) one local company in the tech or bio med/chem field as they are very pervasive in this market. 

If you can qualify, there are some homes in the med center that are interesting and you could have roommates to help you pay the rent.
