The media keep saying fed cutting rates is great for mortgages is completely misguided.I am just wondering how this trickles into equities, because now margin is getting cheaper and we Q3 earnings aren't as bad as some, like me, suspected.

The seller is losing money in that case, and the HML always makes sure that there are margins in there for HML first then the investor.

The people taking a profit margin are: Manufacturer, sales agency, wholesaler, supplier, distributor, and finally the big box store. 

This way, their allowance becomes wages, which can be deductible as business expenses.However, keep in mind that many property management company owners report that margins are often tight, especially if you’re only managing your own properties.
