Who doesn't like to be treated like loyalty?

I think you will find loyalty will get you better service from an agent.  

Additionally, I would setup a formula to ensure that the owner and employees are rewarded for contributing to that continuity. ie backend load some of the price including employee loyalty bonuses.Good LuckNicolas  at AHC Capital

Curious how much loyalty you have to a single lender. 

We've found that most active flippers also value loyalty, reliability, extreme speed, and ease of closing.

If they do insist I will do it as the sellers agent and just help them with the paper work, but there is no loyalty there.Hope it helps some.

The bank may prefer to keep it to one lender and hold onto your loyalty.

I don't want to stay with them I think this is taking advantage of loyalty due to pain of moving elsewhere, or they've just lost their minds altogether.

Loyalty is hard to find these days, but when you find someone that works for you, stick with them.
