It has been a long time since I have looked at condominiums, but $460k to $490k seems low to me in that area for a 2/2 condo.

Your suggestions and comments will help me decide which way to go.I bought this luxury condominium in January 2012.

Also, this man also owns 4-5 condominiums in the same city as the MH.  

My goal is within 30 years to have collected my long term return on investment (appreciation) on the complexes I have owned and maintained and apply the capital towards a 200-300 luxury condominium complex construction.
