@Pedro Recarey I wouldn't necessarily recommend the BP Wholesaling Calculator as I find that thing to be a total mess.I keep posting this comps video in so many threads people are going to start thinking I'm a shill for Sean Terry, but he absolutely nails it with this system.

I looked at ExP and believe it has it's benefits but constantly getting shilled to join under someone ultimately turned me off too much.

If we did that, we might as well shill for them here on the site . . .

I am not interested in his materials.If you aren't a shill, and I will know, I can make this very worth your while.

Because he didn't close 100+ deals in his first 18 months in the business and the shills that run Bigger Pockets know this but don't care and promote it anyway because it creates download numbers in iTunes and ad clicks on the site that generate revenue.
