I would definitely call what you did maintenance and repair.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

@Paul BushEr all heat lots of things - recommend doing some researching to find the case and get an understanding as that does not seem correct as you could call people to buy their underwear….

@Jackson Harris would absolutely love to get in on a call I don't live in Phoenix at the time I'm in California but I'm going there in the near future.

Theres one I think its by Brandon Turner that is called rent to retirement. when I was starting out I read one that was called one property a year that resonated with me.

I have a call scheduled with someone on his team for Monday & hopefully that gives a little better direction / insight into best practices for new members.  

I have called some local lenders (I prefer to deal with local banks if possible), but have not gotten very far.

Fast forward to today and I am actually starting a new real estate business called Upgrade Real Estate & Moving.

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.
