In fact, I would estimate that it is mostly upper middle-class folks that have the money and wherewithal to go through the vacation rental process - prepayment of substantial monies, etc.If you only have one property, I would just stick with Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal.

Folks, it really is a simple listing of how any hours you put in and what date.  

Mind you, with mortgage interest rates in the US being so much higher now (and seemingly for the foreseeable future), I wouldn't be surprised if LTRs in Europe would cash flow better than in the whole US nowadays (to be verified).This being said, I don't and would never invest in LT rentals outside of North America  as I wouldn't want to face unfavourable landlord/tenant laws as a foreigner.

It is the same in Vancouver (now), Phoenix, San Francisco, and if you look for it, pretty much every major city in the US nowadays.
