Overall, investing in a vacation home can be a great way to build wealth and enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Egypt has tugboats and dredgers desperately trying to dislodge the ship, but so far without success.

A good example is where I live during the day it's all hustle and bustle with tons of traffic and tourists but once 6pm hits, it's a quite neighborhood where I know and greet my neighbors walking their dogs. 

I know WFH really killed the area especially the town center as I work nearby and it's a ghost town during the week where as pre-covid is was bustling busy. 

It is not uncommon to miss something significant during the hustle and bustle of getting a unit ready or on move-in day.
