We looked at a lot in Dana Point, CA, it was an upsloping lot with beautiful ocean views.

For those of you that remember me, it's been quite some time ago that I posted on Investor Deal Diaries on the projects we had going in Orange County, CA (San Clemente, and Capo Beach - Dana Point) For those that don't know me, we build spec, new construction.

@Dana WhickerThe point is that there would be a lot fewer real estate transactions.Real Estate Investors will be doing fewer transactions and keeping smaller properties longer.Larger properties will not sell as fast.The amount of capital available for real estate investment purchases will be diminished by the about of taxes paid, about 20% long term capital gains and up to 43% short term.

@Dana Whicker, @Nancy Brook, thanks for the tip, I did not think of craigslist as it is mainly used in the US and I thought it was mainly a west coast thing... rent from Zillow doesnt seem too far from what I saw on Craigslist...

@Dana Regan, sure you could have one LLC loan money to the other.
