You should always talk to a mortgage broker or bank first to find how much you qualify for before starting the investor journey.

I’d simply ask in what situations where the broker and the brokers firm did nothing to facilitate the sale do you think you should get paid a commission?

I'm a broker in CA and that's just not possible, especially when you completed your due diligence in 10 and wanted to cancel escrow.

They try to act like a servicer and broker at the same time (these are not owner-occupied so not as much red tape) but in reality, they are just a broker that pairs a borrower/flipper/landlord with a lender. 

Sellers and Brokers need to know you can close. 

Does anyone represent a wholesale lender or is a broker that knows of a lender who finances commercial (multifamily) properties that operate as AIRBNBs?
