@Christina B.Hi thanks for your comments and link.Your message is very timely - we just got our first booking - was so excited after the deflating scam booking inquiry.

I can’t comment on anything the wholesaler did to obtain the deal, that I’m not sure.

@John Keane A few comments:-If you aren't able to raise the funds from your closest friends and family it is unrealistic to believe you will be able to raise the money from anyone more distant to you.

Have your agent start to look for properties that will do the 1031 now.See my comments in recent post. 

I'm not expecting a yes or no answer - I would be very grateful if you could comment on the analysis above.

Also any advice for me is appreciated (save up more, focus on business instead, etc)Any more info you need comment below!

Perhaps they'll finally hint at a timeline during the meeting, although the agenda is focused on hearing public comment.
