We have two other tenants (a bakery and sports bar) who the previous owner prohibited from having tables and chairs out for customers.  

While you're at it, it may be a good idea to see if there's a mahogany rocking chair hidden beneath the material of that recliner. :-)

I'll still be here when the music stops and these absentee corporate landlords are looking for chairs. 

Bars in the bathroom at the tub and shower, level rolling entry to the shower, no step, build in chair in the shower and moving shower head or a lower and upper one, accessible kitchen. 

Transparent tables and chairs can make a huge difference and are definitely in style.

The most expensive thing I bought was a 3 in 1 game table and chairs. it is a table, card table and has bumper pool in it.

I remember one county pulled up 3 houses to compare to mine.....all had 2 car garages, all were brick, all were pretty nice homes, compared to the foreclosure I bought ....then I showed them my pictures...got it reduced by about 50% and the appraiser just about fell out of his chair....with my evidence.   

Get cheap living room furniture and kitchen table and chairs.

The person sitting in that chair, the loan officer, means a lot more.
