Both talked about how experienced they were even had reviews on google, home advisor and they both turned out to be dishonest crooks.

I feel like that would be dishonest.. 

How do you deal with a dishonest home inspector? 

Each appraiser actively working in the mortgage industry currently is therefore a) ignorant of the laws governing the profession - an act prohibited under USPAP or b) dishonest or c) both or d) doing the best they can while they suffer injustice and an impossible choice. 

-My partner knows someone in HR at this cell phone company who shared that employees were still being paid at base salary but without commission and they suspect the tenant is being dishonest-Tenant responded on 3/31 she can pay $300.  

Not saying they are dishonest, but the values and rents can change dramatically in a very short distance so if they are showing you comps from the neighborhood over that doesn’t mean anything.

In the meantime, I will add you to my "101 people most likely to let dishonest people take advantage of".

If you do this and they are still under performing or dishonest then cut them loose.
