The Bookstore on BP has some great resources.

@William Hughes the bigger pockets bookstore seems to have some pretty good guides.

The BP blog has a lot of great articles on the practice and there is a book in their bookstore on it by Craig Curelop https://store.biggerpockets.co....

They are making great efforts to add to the downtown area, I have a good friend who just opened a bouldering gym downtown, and another friend looking into opening a "hip" bookstore/coffee shop.

Also there are a lot of good resources in the book store.

Go to the book store on BP and order the books, or go the library.
