New Investor in Central NC/VA
My wife and I live right on the NC/VA line and are looking to start trying to build a portfolio in real estate. Trouble is we don't really have the money to put down to purchase our first home and get the ball rolling. Anyone have any creative ways to get started? We will probably implement the BRRRR method as well as just flip a few houses.

@Dustin Morris i was looking to get into the Madison, mayodan, stokesdale areas of NC. In VA I'd like to go more towards the rocky mount area just due to better property values. Ridgeway and Martinsville aren't out of the picture though.
