Even still, I still do exactly what you're doing: practice analyzing these deals.A wise blogger (I don't remember who haha) once typed: (Almost) every property has a price at which it is worth investing.

My only point is agreeing with other bloggers, with the cost of rehab and time frame of ROI, you should have doubled your net profit on such a great looking rehab project.
