MLS is not the end-all be-all and even with the added exposure, you still need to market your property aggressively and be prepared to respond to the market in terms of realistic pricing to get your property sold.In addition to craigslist, postlets, etc. you can also try Facebook ads, single-property web site for your property, and Google Adword advertising.
