How to find out of state buyers?

I am in Texas, which many seem to include as one of the hottest areas right now for real estate investments. I'm thinking of attracting some out of state (cash) buyers for my wholesale deals. I have a website I've setup that will handle a buyers list, but right now, I need to find marketing ideas to find and attract these buyers.

What part of TX are you in?

Why not look up the real estate investment clubs in CA and other states who are actively seeking to buy in more stable markets like TX. I have sold many properties to investors in CA.

You might be able to advertise your properties through those associations and on their website.
