There are exchange excrows(the escrow company that will handle the proceeds of a 1031 exchange and use that money to purchase the like kindproperty) then there are exchange accomodators who will handle the paperwork of the sale/purchase.   

Assuming the owner sleeps in one bedroom with his wife, and the children share the other 2...that leaves 3 children per room, not to mention the pets.Conversely, you have AirBnB Tenant "B" who opts to rent out the same property for a week for himself, his wife, his best friend, and two other couples for their upcoming trip (7 adults); the AirBnB host has determined the house can easily accomodate 8 persons (3 beds, one pull out couch), but would be restricted from doing so since his property is a "3 Bedroom" on paper. 

There are several locations in and around Indy that would be able to accomodate this. 

When I studied in CPH my accomodation was provided by the uni.With student housing, I am sure an equilibrium that works for both parties could be found.I currently own a few residential and commercial units in Barcelona and surrounding areas.

- all the plumbing for the washer was removed when the original copper theft repairs were done and all new plumbing installed WITHOUT accomodation for a washer; breaker(s) for prior washer and dryer removed and now both are back). 

I used two property managers in the Kansas City area and moved all to Oz Accomodations beginning in 2018.

What about building a ramp that just goes over the steps to accomodate the Tenant now, but can be easily removed for the next tenant? 

They were called 'Colony American Finance' and have a good reputation and much quicker turn around times usually 7-10 days and I was told that they'd be able to accomodate quicker turnaround times.

We desperatley need a a bigger place, but instead of trying to find our dream house, I'm thinking about finding something simple that is also accomodating to our needs that needs a little work.
