This is another big announcement for the North Huntsville Industrial Park that has the Toyota Manufacturing Plant on Pulaski Pike and AeroJet RocketDyne as well.

I recently bought a house in an upset tax sale in an HOA Wild Acres community in Pike County, PA.I'm told by the HOA that they are entitled to collect up to 4 years of delinquent hoa fees and interest, and I'm being billed monthly interest on that balance, and I'm not entitled to the amenities of the community until I pay the balance. 

I am hoping to connect with other wholesalers in the Pikes Peak region.

Then you can find a place that suites those needs. granted you will be living there as well so it has to be something you like too, but realistically the STR markets are an evolving place right now with tighter regulations coming down the pike, the general sentiment of the public is they don't want them in their neighborhoods etc.

Great hiking, a vibrant downtown which is getting better constantly, Garden of the God's, Red Rocks Open Space, Cheyenne Canyon, Broadmoor, and just up the road is Pikes Peak, Mueller State Park and Pike National Forest.

I have a Pike's Nursery near me. 

Does anyone own any rental properties in Pike or Franklin Townships?

Could be some coming down the pike maybe a year from now.
