So when they installed your tile with wet mud, the slab has drawn that moisture out causing it to shrink and crack.

Also, I think the lower the quality the LVP, the higher the chance it will look out of place in a bedroom--low quality LVP makes me think of mud rooms / utility spaces, and that's the LAST thing you want to bring to mind for a bedroom.On the other hand, a really high quality LVP in a style that's appropriate for a bedroom might be preferred over carpet. 

It was also suggested to me that you don't want to have too low of prices compared to the market because of potentially attracting undesirable tenants.

Also beware of MUD (Municipal Utility Disrtrict).

In that case, it may take longer to rent your unit or you will have to accept undesirable tenants because all the good ones can go get a nicer property next door.Pretend you are a tenant seeking a place to live and compare your property to the others.   

There could not be a clearer link between a liberal Supreme Court justice's line of thinking and eugenics than if she said, "we need to legislate means to abort undesirable portions of the populace since legally we can't sterilize them anymore".
