It's not uncommon to split that fee with your borrower or negotiate for them to pay the full amount. 

@Elizabeth Njuguna This is not an uncommon situation in Kansas City and the Midwest at all which is why it is a good idea to get a sewer line scope like you did.

It's not uncommon for agents to work on the other side of a transaction with another agent within their brokerage, we are all independent after all, (many of us don't even know the majority of the other agents working in our brokerage) and I would not automatically expect her to provide sub-par representation just because she hangs her hat with the same brokerage with the listing agent.

You need to be all over this until it is resolved or potentially you could loose your home or be evicted.This is not an uncommon situation and your mortgage company needs to be on it pronto....and you need evidence they have paid the bill.   

Forest fires are relatively uncommon in the Smokies, as it is really more of a rain forest climate.

That is not at all uncommon in the asset classes where we invest.

I know this is uncommon but my thought was to occupy the 10 unit (I say 10 units just for reference).
