Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and ethically.  

If push comes to shove I'm not above offering cash for keys to cycle out a bad tenant and get the unit ready for a good one. 

@Drew Sygit That is bad to hear you lost with forfeit deposit in the lease. 

sales commish  loan fees on new loans etc etc.. seems knee jerk to me.. but hey I am not finding those issues with Vegas LOW property taxs some of hte lowest in the country and unlike FLA and TX very low insurance because limited to know real issues with bad @$$ storms like those other states. 

Columbus has all 4 seasons and it really is not that bad with the winter. 

. $4k in fees is not bad for this loan assuming this is a $100k loan amount.

It’s unfortunate but I hope it resolves without me getting beat up too bad. 

Obviously property management is not for everyone but for those who treat it as a separate business venture, it could become beneficial in the long run. 

Too bad she'll also strip us of our ability to count depreciation against income and uhh, I don't bankrupt the country even faster than it's already being bankrupted
