What about paid 24 hour parking with a fence and a guard (or a camera service type guard and a gate).Nice smooth blacktop with fresh white stripes and some shrubs to make it look nice, surrounded by a 10 foot chain link fence. 

Cameras and alarms won’t help.

But it's one of the uglier facilities, ungated,no cameras, no electricity.

They didnt really do anything other than paint, new security cameras and " increase rent" on 3 units of 18 total.  

However,  the surveillance camera showed that a young bear pushed it down with one finger this morning.

Have them tie you in, so you can look at the cameras either on your cell or computer.e. 

Nothing I know of monitors the health of the systems though.I also have cameras in each property that I can monitor on my phone but nothing tells me whether the camera system is good or not, just if it’s up or down.

Put a few surveillance cameras up.

There is an increase in video camera door bells, so they are catching thieves on video.

I'm installing remote monitored security cameras and have talked to some of the other business owners in my shopping center to ask them to give me a call if anything looks off.
