We got 2 of them and one didn't suck well and the other didn't spray well.

While you've got the window casing apart, take a few minutes & put some insulation or spray foam around the framing - it'll make a huge difference in stopping drafts.

Michael, Bleach does not kill the mold spores, Believe it or not use Dawn and water to scrub it down, and use a microbial to spray it so the spores do not come back, I do Mold Remediation, Hope this helps ....Zack
