*The thought process of "I'm getting nothing from this anymore" is a perfect summary of our society as we are right now. 

With regards to postcards, yes it is easier to read immediately, requiring no opening of an envelope, however we as a society are so conditioned to see what we think is junk mail (postcard with printed standard fonts) and just trash it.

Unlike some, I considered my current job an asset and it’s future against judgements, so it is important for me to get this right from the get go especially in the sue happy society we live in.

And our desire to add to society.

This is just a natural outgrowth of the have-it-all-now impatient nature of our society."

It scares me to death to think about the older people in our society that have to work to pay their bills but can't make it.

Doesn't seem like there's much trust in our society anymore, but I also suppose it depends on the market you're in...not sure I'd want to do that in my Chicagoland market, but maybe I'm just too shy of a person, or too aware of other, much less in-yo-face methods. 

Although half of society doesn't like what the other half likes.

However, all these things are very much a part of everyday life for any person living in a modern society and in a modern habitat. 

Also, we don’t see how society evolves from a static point of view.
