The last reason to avoid park owned homes, is they only do 1 thing and that's depreciate, unlike stick built homes, the park owned homes are going to rapidly depreciate, so instead of an asset you have a liability.

I personally only BRRRR in Columbus since the larger growth is here with big companies launching here and areas growing very fast. 

But I do genuinely see Jerrylls heart and his spirit of giving and have chose to look past that to work w/ him to see we can grow together, serve more people, and do it in a way that we'll all be proud of in 20 years. 

I just wouldn’t know what markets are good in multifamily and are growing.

The only thing I can do know is grow the company some more to get the cash flow to fund a better system!

Plus it takes 6 weeks for new sod to establish (for roots from sod to grow into the ground).
